Kiwifruit avocado smoothie

Kiwifruit are packed full of vitamin c and fibre so they are great for our immunity and digestive health. This smoothie is exactly that, smooth with a delicate creamy sweetness from the combination of kiwifruit, banana, avocado and spinach.

Kiwifruit avocado smoothie


Prep Time : 5 minutes

Servings : 1 serving


Ingredients


• 1 golden kiwifruit

• 1 banana

• 1/2 avocado

• 1/2 cup baby spinach

• 1/3 cup natural coconut yoghurt

• 1/2 cup coconut water

• 1 tsp probiotics


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Note, Golden kiwifruit I leave the skin on, for green kiwifruit I remove it.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
