This smoothie is super silky, creamy and has a lovely sweetness from peach. A perfect no-banana, dairy free smoothie that is filling and hydrating as a snack or great for breakfast.
Peach avocado cucumber smoothie
Prep Time : 5 minutes
Servings : 1 serving
Ingredients
• 1 large peach, stewed or very ripe
• 1/2 avocado
• 1/2 cup telegraph cucumber
• 1/3 cup natural coconut yoghurt
• 1/2 cup coconut water
• 1 tsp probiotic powder
Topping :
Coconut thread
Freeze dried pear or other fruit
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Note, you can leave the peach skin on for extra fibre.
Pour into a glass, sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried fruit and coconut.
